Free Trial Cancellations

You can cancel your free trial at any time before it ends with no charges. Simply go to your account settings or contact our support team.

Subscription Cancellations

• Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for unused time in the current period

How to Cancel

1. Log into your SurfGeo account
2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Follow the prompts to confirm

Alternatively, contact us at support@surfgeo.com and we'll process your cancellation within 24 hours.

All Sales Are Final

SurfGeo does not offer refunds on subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription:

• Payment is non-refundable
• No refunds for partial months of service
• No refunds on subscription renewals

We encourage you to:

• Take advantage of our free trial to test our service
• Review our features and pricing carefully before subscribing
• Contact our support team if you have questions before purchasing

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Technical issues that make the service completely unusable and cannot be resolved

For these cases, contact support@surfgeo.com with documentation of the issue.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, and other secure payment methods through our payment processor.

Billing Errors

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us immediately at support@surfgeo.com with:

• •Transaction date and amount
• •Description of the error

We'll investigate and resolve billing errors within 5-7 business days.

Subscription Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal
• Cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges
• No refunds on renewal charges
